If you are a facebook or twitter friend, you will probably already know what I’m up to here.
I’m moving.. and I cannot take 33 years of hoarding with me, I’m going with just a “car” full of my most basic necessities.
So, I have to sell everything because I’m not coming back, so there’s no point paying a fortune to store it somewhere, I’m “freeing up” my life, and giving myself an opportunity to travel the world and live wherever I choose.
Please note that all items are for “pickup” in either Ballarat or Melbourne, or (after I move), from Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast.
If you don’t live in an area where you can pickup from any of the above locations, I will post it to you at whatever it costs to post from postcode: 3354 (Ballarat). Obviously the more items you are interested in, the more it will be worth it, as postage can eat up the price of items :(
First = List everything that I’m not taking with me
Second = Inform close friends/family of website so that they can stake their claims
Third = Inform Facebook/Twitter friends of website so that they can stake their claims
Fourth = Sell the rest on eBay
How to use this site..
Option A (Public): If you find an item that you are interested in, click on “Leave a Reply” at the bottom of the item.. that will let others know that you are interested in the item.
Option B (Private): If you do not want to tag it “publically”, choose “Contact Ad Owner” on the right of the item.. that will email me the item you are interested in.
If you live within “pickup” distance, you will have first dibs on the items, obviously it’s a lot easier to drop off books or get them picked up than to send them out via post.
If you are interested in more items, you will also have first dibs on the items.. as I genuinely need to sell everything and those that want more, are helping me in a big way.
Postage is from Ballarat, 3354 if you wish to use the Postage Calculator to work out how much postage will cost to your destination. It’s a bit of a “guestimate” though since I’m not sure how much each book/item weighs. So pickup from Ballarat or Melbourne is the most preferable method as it’s less stressful! :)
